Transferring Products Between Invoices

On busy checkout, you want your front desk to be able to transfer products between invoices quickly. This is why we have released a simple way to move a product from one reservation bill to another.

Zonal Loyalty

If you already have a Zonal loyalty integration - things just got a lot better. Customers can now pay for their rooms using their loyalty balance.

More Variables In Emails Suite

We have recently added more variables to our email suite. You can now create email templates in HLS that auto-populate customer content with the following details: email address, remaining balance, arrival/ departure dates, rate plan, package, room type, payment and products expected on arrival.

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

  • Payment Gateway - Enhancement to credit card purger

  • Vouchers - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • Two Way Link - Enhancement to validation process before date is sent to Aztec

  • Room Price Genie - Minor bug fixes and improvements

  • Group Sales Daily - Bug fix to CSV download

 

Central Reservations

The central reservations module will be accessible on the group portal. If you have more than one hotel with HLS Central Res will allow a user to quickly search for availability across all your hotels and allow a user to complete a booking for the chosen site. Users can search by hotel or location, allowing you to convert bookings faster and upsell other properties if the hotel searched does not have availability.
